Personalized Program

We will begin with a private consultation to discuss your history of personal health, current level of physical activity, and your fitness goals. In order to write the best program for you personally, I need to get to know you better.

We then move on to physical assessments. I will put you through a variety of movements that show me your flexibility, mobility, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular strength. This is also the time to take your first progress-tracking measurements and “before pictures”. Once that is complete, I can write a complete fitness program specialized to your personal goals.

With your personalized program it is up to you if you want to follow the program on your own or hire me for personal training to guide you through your program.
