My story
Hi! My name is Rhonda Plett and I am an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer. I am happily married and have a young daughter who keeps me on my toes. My husband and I own Achieve Fitness Studio.
I used to struggle with severe back aches. Every morning I would wake up in pain. I went to chiropractors regularly to set my back and ease the pain for a while. I realized that my muscles were simply too weak to hold my spine in place. My spine was free to shift and pinch my nerves. I started working out and made it a priority to build a strong back. I have not had any back pain since then. Not even during my pregnancy.
I have dreamed of becoming a certified personal trainer since I was in high school. When I discovered ISSA’s online certification courses I finally had the opportunity to make that dream a reality.
My passion is for the women of my community – young women, wives, and mothers. My goal is to help them build up and strengthen their physical bodies. Every woman should know what it feels like to be strong and capable and powerful.
I also want to teach them to cultivate a mental attitude of positivity and confidence. I want them to walk with excitement, heads held high, knowing that they are beautiful and strong and worthy.
One of my favorite verses is Proverbs 31:17. [A virtuous woman] clothes herself with strength and makes her arms strong.

Before I started exercising, my back and ribs were constantly out of place and I had to get them adjusted frequently. A friend encouraged me to start working out.
