Pregnancy Program
I have two options for pregnancy programs. The first is a premade strength training program. This plan safely guides you through all three trimesters. It focuses on strength training workouts so you can continue to stay strong and fit during pregnancy and prepare for a quicker and easier recovery after birth.
Strength training programs during pregnancy are, however, better suited for those who have previous experience weight lifting and/or are currently doing so. It is recommended to stay at your current level of fitness intensity when you get pregnant. It is not a good idea to dramatically increase the intensity of your workouts during your pregnancy.
The second option is a personalized program where we will focus on movement and mobility to ease aches and pains during pregnancy. It is also geared towards preparing your body for labor and delivery. It is beginner friendly and written just for you.
And as always, get your doctor’s approval before starting any fitness routine during your pregnancy.
